This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work environment and work discipline on employee performance in usaha dagang ngudi lestari di Kebasen. Respondents in this study were all 111 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was the method is sampling jenuh. The research sample used was 111 employees. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple regression analysis, t-test and F test. The results of the simultaneous analysis using the F test together work facilities, work environment, and work discipline affect employee performance. The results of the partial analysis using the t-test of work facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
