The development of technology, information and communication can cause changes in all aspects of people's lives (Rosana, 2010). An example of application in the industrial field is the creation of an auto pilot robot system that greatly helps human mobility Lalonde et al. (2006). while the application in the field of education, especially tashin learning is still very rare. so it is necessary to know about how the use of technology-based learning media, information and communication in tahsin learning.
This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach by explaining and describing the information that has been received as it is, the research subjects in this study are the principal, teaching teachers and students in grades VII, VIII, IX. data collection techniques interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis uses the results of data reduction, data presentation and the collected data is analyzed by describing the description of the data obtained and connecting one another to get a general conclusion.
The results of this study are the use of software, hardware. the use of hardware is by utilizing existing facilities such as Led TVs, projectors and tahsin learning applications. Hardware devices in the form of TVs have been installed in each class, while the software used is the power point application made by the teaching teacher according to the material taught in tahsin learning, the macromedia flash 7 application is an application on the desktop that the teacher uses to teach, the application is in the form of images that can move and can emit sounds both understanding sounds and sounds of examples of reading the Koran.
