This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership
style, self-efficacy and work environment on employee performance at PT. Royal
Korindah Purbalingga. The sample used in this study employees of PT. Royal
Korindah Purbalingga as many as 104 respondents using purposive sampling
technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2. The results of
this study based on the F test stated that transformational leadership style, self
efficacy and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.
Based on the results of the t test obtained; (1) Transformational Leadership Style
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Self efficacy
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work
environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based
on the results of the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows the
magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership style, self efficacy and
work environment on employee performance, which is 43.3% while the remaining
56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.
