The aims of this research are to find out the level of the students’ problems in using a learning management system and the highest problem faced by the students in using a learning management system. The method used in this research is quantitative using a survey. The subject of the research is 30 students selected randomly. The data was collected using a questionnaire and an interview. It can be concluded from the research that the students' problem in using LMS was high at 76.48%. In detail, gadgets and connections were the highest problems faced by the students, with 85%
