Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline,
compensation and work safety on employee performance. This type of research uses
quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN
(Persero) UPT Purwokerto. The sampling technique in this study was using the
census method. Census is research that takes a population group as a whole and
uses a structured questionnaire as the main data collection tool to obtain specific
information. The sample used in this study were 104 respondents. Data analysis
used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that
simultaneously and partially work discipline, compensation and work safety have
an effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of work
discipline, compensation and work safety on employee performance is 40.3%.
