Abstract

This study aims to determine the highly used of teachers’ reading assessment methods in online classes. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using a survey. This research was conducted at the English Language Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto as the location of the research. The participants used in this study were teachers who joined the Inservice training of Professional Teachers education (PPG daljab). The survey was done by distributing a questionnaire using a Likert scale as the chosen scale to facilitate calculations using formulas. It can be concluded that there are 4 online reading assessments that are highly used those are written response, picture cued items, and note-taking and outlining.
