Rita Super Mall activities can cause conflict and affect the movement of traffic flow and reduce the function of road performance. Market activities that may reduce road performance include vehicles entering and leaving Rita, on-street parking, and pedestrians. the aim of this study was to guage the effect of Rita Super Mall activity on road performance and determine solutions to boost road performance. The surveys applied are traffic volume surveys and side barriers surveys. The research was conducted on Jalan Jendral Sudirman. The calculation is then used with the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual for Outer City Roads. Based on the calculation results, it had been found that the traffic volume was 1154 pcu / hour with a maximum volume of 1157.2 pcu / hour. thanks to the pandemic period, to scale back traffic volume, a one-way policy was implemented on General Sudirman Street which made the road capacity wider. when Rita Super Mall activities operate more than 0.378 with a service level of B (Stable traffic volume). While the degree of saturation when the Rita Super Mall is not operating on average is less than 0.378 with service level A (free flow conditions with low traffic volume with high speed).
