This final project aims to find out how the procedure for receiving market service
retribution cash at the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office. The field of
market service retribution is the task of Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade
Office as an element of the regional government responsible for industry and trade.
The method used in the preparation of this research is to use primary data and
secondary data. The primary data consisted of the observation method and the
direct interview method with the employees of the Banyumas Regency Industry
and Trade Office, while the secondary data consisted of documents and data
contained in the Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office and literature
studies of experts. The results obtained in this study are the procedures for
receiving market service retribution cash using either computerized or manual use.
The procedure is carried out based on the Regional Regulation Number 19 of
2011 concerning Public Service retribution in Banyumas regency. In each
procedure for receiving cash, the market service retribution involves the Market
and Finance Sector in the Industry and Trade Office of Banyumas Regency
because they are interrelated with each other. The obstacle faced during the
activity was that there was no flow chart or guide in carrying out the procedure for
receiving cash from this market service retribution, so the author made a simple
flow chart based on the themical implementation in the field. The flow chart or
procedure guide is very important for the parties concerned because it will be used
as a reference so that there is no violation or misuse. Therefore, the Banyumas
Regency Industry and Trade Office should make a flow chart of the procedure for
receiving market service retribution cash.
