With the advancement in the field of information technology, especially with the development of applications among the wider community, there is more and more development in the social field, especially applications that support the practicality of the community in terms of payments, not least on payments with the PamPay system, the application is one of the many applications used as a non-cash payment tool and without the use of physical notes that are often encountered when is conducting transactions. In this study, the author uses PamPay as a study that aims to assess and evaluate the performance of the PamPay application system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method to be more useful for users who will make transactions with the application.
