This study aims to determine how the application of the ASN payroll
procedure at the Class I Immigration Office of TPI (Immigration Checkpoint)
Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine how the payroll procedure at
the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cilacap. Research data obtained directly by
means of interviews and observations by looking for other supporting sources. The
important documents that were examined during the research included SPP, SPM,
SSP, SP2D.
The results of the research on the salary procedures for ASN employees at the
Immigration Office Class I TPI (Immigration Checkpoint) Cilacap show that the
payroll procedures for ASN employees are in accordance with theory and are
running properly. The payroll carried out at the Class I Immigration Office of TPI
Cilacap is in accordance with the regulation of the Regent of Cilacap Number 21
of 2021. The obstacle faced is the absence of a flow chart in the payroll system in
the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap. For this reason, the financial sector
should make a flow chart on payroll that is used for fixed procedures when payroll
will be carried out every month.
