This study aims to determine the effect of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective on MSME performance. The population used in this study is MSME actors registered in Banyumas Regency as many as 1532 MSME actors. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), f test (Goodness Of Fit), and t test. The results showed that the financial perspective, customer perspective, growth and learning perspective had a positive effect on company performance. While the internal business process perspective does not have a positive effect on company performance.
