Abstract

Ride-sharing applications that operate in Indonesia are Gojek, Grab, and InDriver,
which only started operating this year in Indonesia. The research data were
obtained using a questionnaire for users of these three applications. Even though it
is almost perfect and is classified as a unicorn company, there are still technical
problems found in several application feature including reliability, accuracy, ease
of operation, and repair, these are the core research problems. These constraints
are included in the level of usability of the application for users. To overcome these
problems, an Analysis and Interface Design of Usability Testing-Based Online Ojek
(motorcycle taxi) Application were carried out (A Case Study on Gojek, Grab and
Indriver). The analysis uses the Usability Testing method because it is considered
capable to measure the level of usability of the application for users. This study
uses validity and reliability tost instruments to ensure the validity of the
questionnaire data obtained, namely 100 respondents for the Gojek application,
100 respondents for the Grab application, 100 respondents for the InDriver
application, and 100 respondents for recommendations for new application
designs, then the calculation of the SUS Scale to measure usability of each
application tested, lastly providing recommendations for a new prototype designed
using Figma tools, the prototype is able to provide solutions to develop similar
applications that are easier to use by users.
