This study aims to determimine the effect of self efficacy, work
experience, and physical work environment on employee performance at PT
Royal Korindah Purbalingga. The sampling in this study was using the nonprobability
sampling method with sampling insidental technique with a total of
100 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments
using questionnaires. The analysis used is the F, t test and R2 adjusted.The
results of this study based on the F test stated that self efficacy, work
experience, and physical work environment simultaneously has a significant
effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained, self efficacy has
a positive significant effect on employee performance, work experience has a
positive significant effect on employee performance, physical work
environment has a positive significant effect on employee performance. Based
on the coefficient of determination, test R2 adjusted show the magnitude of the
influence of self efficacy, work experience, and physical work environment on
employee performance by 50,2% while the reamaining 49,8% is influenced by
variables outside the research model.
