This study examined the language variety of elementary school students with migrant family backgrounds. The study aimed to describe the types of languages spoken by students of SD Negeri Ujunggagak 02 Kampung Laut Cilacap with migrant family backgrounds. This study was qualitative descriptive. The data was in the form of natural speech acts produced by students with migrant family backgrounds. Data was collected through the observation method through an interview, listening, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out through content analysis techniques, including identification, classification, analysis, and description. The data validity was obtained from the data triangulation and methodological triangulation. The findings revealed: (1) idiolect variety; (2) dialect variety. The dialect variety consisted of: (1) Cilacap dialect variety; (2) the variety of Ciamis and Tasikmalaya dialects; (3) Jakarta dialect variety; (3) sociolect variety; (4) standard variety; (5) non-standard variety.
