This study aimed to describe the words in the poetry anthology of Kiat-Kiat Menyembuhkan Lara by Asef Saeful Anwar and Niskala that have a semantic relationship. This study was qualitative descriptive, meaning that the data obtained were explained, described, and interpreted or analyzed by words or sentences (not numbers or calculations). The data used was a language unit that contained a semantic relationship. The data source was the poetry anthology Kiat-Kiat-Kiat Menyembuhkan Lara by Asef Saeful Anwar and Niskala. Meanwhile, the methods and techniques employed were listening and note-taking techniques. The findings on the semantic relationship in the poetry anthology of Kiat-Kiat-Kiat Menyembuhkan Lara by Asef Saeful Anwar and Niskala found 56 data; 23 synonyms, 28 antonyms, 1 homonymy, one hyponymy, and three polysemy. Meanwhile, the unavailable semantic relationship was homophones, homographs, hypernyms, redundancy, and ambiguity.
