Land use suitability aims to align land use with land use planned by the government in the Regional Spatial Plan. Spatial planning activities consist of 3 (three) interrelated activities, namely spatial planning, space utilization, and space utilization control. Baturraden District has an area of 4,595 ha. This study aims to determine the level of suitability of land use to rtrw in Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency. This research is a descriptive research using the document method in the form of a map. Geospatial analysis approach to conduct spatial analysis of land use suitability. The population and samples in this study are in the form of land use type and area. The sampling technique in this study was to use the total sampling technique. The types of data in this study are secondary data in the form of GeoEye2021 Imagery, RBI Map on a scale of 1:25,000 sheets of Purwokerto, Rempoah, Purbalingga, Bobotsari and RTRW Map of Banyumas Regency on a scale of 1:43,000. Data collection was obtained from the Geospatial Information Agency and the Banyumas Regency Housing and Settlement Area Office. Secondary data processing is carried out by overlaying between the Baturraden District Land Use Map and the Banyumas Regency RTRW Map. Data analysis uses matching methods to determine the suitability of land use. The results of this study show the suitability of land use to the Banyumas Regency RTRW, which is an area of 2813.18 Ha (61.8%) while the inappropriate area is 1737.57 Ha (38.18%). The typology of land use suitability is divided into 3 classifications, namely the appropriate, incompatible and non-appropriate levels. The area in accordance with the RTRW is 2,757 Ha (60%), the area of the area is not suitable, namely 8 Ha (0.17%), and the area of the inappropriate area is 1,830 Ha (39.82%). The value of land use suitability in Baturraden District is in the appropriate category (51-100%).
