This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size and Asset Growth on Capital Structure. This research method is a quantitative approach and SPSS as an analytical tool. The objects studied are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2020 period as many as 46 companies for 4 years with a total sample of 184. The test was carried out using logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that profitability was not affect the capital structure. Second, liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure. Third, firm size has a positive effect on capital structure and lastly, asset growth has no effect on capital structure.
