The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Self Efficacy and Career Development on the performance of PT. Nusantara IX Sukamangli Plantation Gardens. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Nusantara IX Sukamangli Plantation Gardens. The sample of this research is 414 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression test, the results of this study partially indicate that work discipline, self-efficacy, and career development have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara IX Plantation, Sukamangli Garden. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that work discipline, self-efficacy and career development have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara IX Plantation Sukamangli Garden.
