Completely Randomized Design with three replications. The variables observed were fresh tuber weight, dry tuber weight, texture hardness, moisture content, ash content, crude fiber content, total sugar content, starch content, and vitamin C content in Jicama.
The results showed that the interaction between harvest location and age of Jicama harvest on the quality and quantity of yam had no significant effect on the total sugar variable.
