The purpose of this study is to find out how the involvement of the role of the community and BUMDes in increasing Village Native Income (PADes) as a strengthening of the community's economy. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a phenomenological approach. The data analysis techniques used in this study include reduction, data presentation, general coding analysis, axial coding analysis, subtantive theory and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the role of the community and BUMDes in increasing the original income of the village as a strengthening of the village economy, namely providing ideas or inputs, supervision, concern, and improvement of PADes which is an important role in strengthening the village economy. The role of the community and BUMDes is needed both energy, mind, material, or in the form of support for BUMDes businesses. Jetis Village BUMDes are developing in accordance with the potential of Jetis Village. In an effort to increase PADes BUMDes, it achieves several objectives including: (1) the role of village communities increases in the management of other legitimate sources of income, (2) absorbs the work of village communities in community economic activities in village business units, (3) increases the income of low-income communities with the entrepreneurial creativity of rural communities.
