This study aims to examine how management compensation, auditor reputation and profitability affect tax management in property and real estate companies using a sample of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The method used is purposive sampling because this study has certain sample criteria that are tailored to the research objectives. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study was 138 samples. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, frequency distribution test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that management compensation has no effect on tax management, auditor reputation has no effect on tax management, and profitability has a positive effect on tax management.
