The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of village officials in susukan sub-district banjarnegara district. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used accidental / insidental sampling with a population size of 188 people. The research took the subject in the village officials in susukan sub-district of banjarnegara district. Analysis techniques were validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of data analysis that organization commitment style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials.
