Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the state of character education in the research area during online learning, as well as examples of habituation in the implementation of Online Character Education in the Covid 19 Pandemic Period. The subject of this study was a child aged 3-5 years, in Bulu Village, Bulu Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency, numbering 5 children and 5 parents. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and questionnaire data. The assessment instrument used is an observation sheet on the implementation of online character education during the Covid 19 pandemic. In the world of education, this coronavirus outbreak has changed the learning process that should be done face-to-face, now converted into online learning or called online. The online learning process is a new thing for pre-school students who look exciting. However, online learning that is carried out from home is not an easy thing. Implementation of early childhood character education online is done through habituation activities. Learning to use mobile phones causes children to become dependent on gadgets, resulting in a decrease in the level of learning interest in early childhood.
