The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. This study population employees of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto as many as 237 employees while the number of samples used as many as 149 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with data collection using purposive sampling and data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis used descriptive test, data instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of training, work discipline and organizational commitment partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto.
