This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and
work safety on the performance of PERUMDAM Tirta Perwira Purbalingga
employees. The population in this study were all 159 employees. The sampling
technique used in this study was simple random sampling that generated 116
respondents. This study's data was analysed using multiple regression analysis, ttest
and F-test. The simultaneous analysis using the F-test showed that work
discipline, motivation, and work safety affect employee performance. The partial
analysis results using the t-test of work discipline have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance. Work safety has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance.
