The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of village officials in Mandiraja sub-district Banjarengara district. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used census with a population size of 173 people. This study took the subject in the village officials in Mandiraja sub-district of Banjarnegara district. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of data analysis indicate that the variable transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of village officials, work discipline has significant effect on the performance of village officials, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of village officials . Based on the results of data analysis shows that the job satisfaction variables that most influence the performance of village officials in Mandiraja sub-district Banjarnegara district.
