Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation,
organizational culture and job satisfaction on permanent employee performance.
The object of this research is BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara. Sampling in
this study using saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study
are the validity test, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear
regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis shows that partially
positive and significant effect on employee performance, positive and significant
organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction have a
positive and not significant effect on employee performance.The F test shows that
compensation, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously have a
significant effect on employee performance. The research implications for BPR
Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara have been discussed in this research.
