The Sampang Puskesmas, which is located on Jalan Tugu Barat no 27, Sampang Selatan, Sampang District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java 53273, is a public facility whose existence is very much needed by the community, therefore it requires the provision of parking space and adequate facilities and infrastructure for visitors. as well as employees of the Puskesmas to support the services provided by the Puskesmas. The number of visitors to the puskesmas will affect the need for parking space as well as existing facilities and infrastructure. The Sampang Puskesmas does not yet have sufficient land for parking. The purpose of this Final Project research is to measure the level of performance of the available parking area and to analyze parking costs at the Sampang Public Health Center, Knowing the parking needs of the Sampan Health Center, Knowing the parking income at the Sampang Public Health Center and Knowing how many years Payback the parking period at the Sampang Public Health Center. The survey conducted was measuring the area of the parking area, then the number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking area and the time the vehicles entered and left the parking area. The research was conducted in the parking area of the sampan health center for 2 days, Monday, December 9, 2019 and Tuesday, December 10, 2019 for 9 hours. Based on the results of the survey and analysis carried out in the parking area of the Sampang Public Health Center, Jalan Tugu Barat No. 27, Sampang Selatan, Sampang Subdistrict, Cilacap Regency, it was found that the need for parking for 4 wheeled vehicles was 2 vehicles and 2 wheels were 25 vehicles, then the average income parking per day is Rp. 212,000 and the payback period for parking occurs at 8 years + 10 months + 28 days, lower than the planned age of the parking building utilization, which is 20 years.
