This study aims to determine the effect of training, communication and K3
(occupational safety and health) on employee performance of PT Daiwabo
Garment Indonesia’s production department. The research population is the
employees of PT Daiwabo Garment Indonesia’s production department, totaling
850 employees. The number of samples taken was 108 employees using simple
random sampling techniques and data obtained directly from respondents with the
research instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive
test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression
analysis. The result of the study proves that the variables of training,
communication and K3 (occupational safety and health) partially have a
significant positive effect on employee performance. Coefficient R2 = 0,464, which
shows the findings that the variables training, communication and K3
(occupational safety and health) simultaneously able to explain significant
variations of changes in employee performance variables of 46,4%.
