This research aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and career development toward employee performance. The Population in this research was all employees of the Class IIA Prison in Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire. Samples in this research amounted to 127 employees. In determining the samples, the researcher used saturated sample method or census. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this research showed that both organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance. Meanwhile, career development has no significant effect on employee performance.
