This study aims to examine the effect of growth rates, firm size, profitability towards firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable. The subject of this research was conducted at consumer goods industry sector of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data from the 2015-2018 annual financial report. The data collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling, data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis shows that the growth rate does not have a positive effect on firm value, firm size has a positive effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value. The capital structure is not able to moderate the level of growth and profitability towards firm value, while the capital structure is able to moderate firm size towards firm value.
