The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence variables, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research takes the subject at PT. Nasmoco Purwokerto This type of research is was quantitative research. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling and slovin formula with a total sample of 121 respondent. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of data analysis showed that the variables of job satisfaction partially has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance, while emotional intelligence hasn’t significant effect on employee performance. The emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
