Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether self efficacy, employee
engagement and work discipline on the performance of non-leader headoffice
employees in SL (Sambal Layah) Corp Indonesia Purwokerto Area. The research
sample consisted of 105 non-leadership headoffie employees at SL (Sambal
Layah) Corp Indonesia Area Purwokerto. This research uses nonprobability
sampling research, using purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis
uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that self
efficacy, employee engagement and work discipline had a significant positive
effect on the performance of non-leadership headoffice employees at SL (Sambal
Layah) Corp Indonesia Area Purwokerto.
