This study aims to prove the effect of liquidity, profitability, capital structure,
company size and dividend policy on firm value. The population of this study is all
property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX),
while the sample used in this study is property and real estate companies listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 20 companies with a sample
of 40 data that have met the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear
regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that liquidity,
capital structure, company size and dividend policy have no effect on firm value,
while profitability has a positive effect on firm value.
