The research aims to examine the role of profitability in mediating the effect of dividend policy, company size and leverage on firm value. The object of this study uses the consumer goods industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements for the period 2015-2019. The collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling while the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that dividend and leverage policies had a positive and significant effect on profitability, for company size it did not significantly influence profitability. leverage on firm value has a positive and significant effect, while dividend policy and company size do not significantly influence firm value. Profitability is able to mediate the effect of dividend and leverage policies on firm value, but is not able to mediate the effect of company size on firm value.
