The research entitled forms of the speech act in Ini Ramadan Youtube edition of
April-May 2020 aims to describe the forms of speech acts of locution, illocution, and
perlocution in Ini Ramadhan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The
research data were in the form of participants' speeches in Ini Ramadan of April 24th,
2020, May 3rd, 2020, and May 20th, 2020. Meanwhile, the data sources were the
speech of participants in Ini Ramadan, namely the MC, guest stars, and comedians.
The data collection method used observation non-participatory method. The research
instrument used data cards and data analysis tables. The validity test of the data used
triangulation techniques. Methods of data analysis used the extra lingual equivalent
method. The results were described as follows: First, the location speech acts mostly
found were news locutions (684 data), question locutions (99 data), and command
locution (40 data). Second, the illocutionary speech acts were assertive illocution (635
data), directive illocution (543 data), and expressive illocution (20 data). Third, the
perlocution speech acts were perlocution to inform(604 data), to think (281 data), to
do something (117 data), to please (34 data), to annoy (29 data), and to persuade (1
datum).
