This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and work family conflict on cyberloafing. This research was conducted on 72 employees of the Brebes District Office. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the effect of work stress and family conflict on cyberloafing in Brebes District Office Employees.
The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. Reliability test using alpha cornbach. The instrument used is a work stress scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.822, a conflict family work scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.835, and a cyberloafing scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.881. The method used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence on work stress and work family conflict on cyberloafing in Brebes District Office Employees. With Fcount 33,796, and for the value of Ftable 3.1.
The results obtained indicate that Fcount Ftable. And the value of Tcount is 1,994 for the work stress variable, the Tcount is 4.608 for the work-family conflict variable, with a probability value of sig (p) = 0.000 (p <0.05). Obtained Rsquare of 0.495 indicates that work stress and work-family conflict provide an effective contribution of 40.9% to cyberloafing, while 59.1% is a contribution from other factors.
