This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work discipline, and competence on the performance of the employees of Toserba Berkah Jaya Sampang Cilacap. Samples of this research are all employees of the department store Berkah Jaya Sampang Cilacap, totaling 117 employees using saturated sampling techniques and data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of job training, work discipline, and competence had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance, and competency has a significant effect on employee performance.
