This qualitative method aimed to find out the implementation of online learning in Segara Anakan cluster area particularly in SD N Ujungalang 02 and the obstacles faced by teachers and parents, and the strategies done by teachers and parents. The participants included the school principal, 3 classroom teachers from fourth to sixth grade, 9 students from fourth to sixth grade, and 9 parents. The data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The researcher acted as a direct interviewer to obtain the data from the participants. The results showed that the implementation of online learning in SD N Ujungalang 02 was done by using the Whatsapp group. It was chosen because it did not require a strong signal which fit the geographical situation of the area. On the other hand, teachers faced some obstacles including the low quality of internet connection, the material delivery, and the increasing need for internet quota, while the obstacles faced by parents included mobile phones, low quality of internet connection, technological knowledge, and skill, and the lack of monitor towards their children. Thus, some strategies were done by teachers to overcome the obstacles which included teachers' home visits and limited face-to-face learning activities. As well as teachers, parents also carried out some strategies for their obstacles which included searching for particular spots to get a better signal and trying to provide adequate internet quota.
