This study aims to determine the procedure and process of claim payments in the Work Accident Insurance program and to find out the benefits that can be obtained from the Work Accident Insurance program in Labor Social Security Administration for Employment. Work accident Insurance, as well as payment procedures and processes have been stipulated and enacted by Labor Social Security Administration for Employment. Work accidents, as a type of work risk, are very likely to occur anywhere and in any field. The method used in this study is literature study which refers to some previous literature with the analysis of between text and table evaluation.
