Abstract
This study aims to find the effect of each variable studied, namely the analysis of the influence of service quality, company image and trust in Grapari Telkomsel Cilacap customer loyalty. This study uses quantitative research methods, non-probability sampling techniques, obtained through purposive sampling is a method of determining the sample based on certain criteria. The population in this study is the customer of Grapari Telkomsel Cilacap. This research sample of 84 respondents. The research methods used in this study are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.
