Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, career development and employee satisfaction on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas employees. This research uses quantitative research methods, nonprobability sampling methods, with data collection using saturated sampling techniques. The population in this study were all (PNS) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas. The sample of this study were 99 respondents. The data analysis used in this research was scoring, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of this research showed that training, career development and employee satisfaction have a positive siginicant effect on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas employees. Furthermore, the results of the analysis simultaneously show that training, career development and employee satisfaction have a significant effect on the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas employees.
