Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee
emotional intelligence on Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) on nurse performance. This type of research is quantitative
research. Sampling in this study using a total population or census with a sample
size of 103 people. Respondents of this study were nurses at Ananda Hospital in
Purwokerto. The results of data analysis used are multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of data analysis show that the emotional intelligence
variable has a significant positive effect on nurse performance, employee
engagement has a significant positive effect on nurse performance, and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on
nurse performance.
