Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating effect of morale on job training's relationship with employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera Bumiayu. The samples used in this study were 104 respondents; respondent was sampled using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and Sobel test. The most influential variable for employee performance is job training. Job training has a significant positive effect on morale, and job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and morale has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, morale and job training affect employee performance. Another result is that the work spirit mediates the relationship between work training and employee performance.
