This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of self-efficacy, organizational
commitment, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Daihatsu
International Motor Fleet. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling
technique uses saturated sampling or census. This study distributed 110
questionnaires to employees of PT. The Daihatsu International Motor Fleet,
Purwokerto branch. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and t-test.
Based on the research results, it shows that self-efficacy and organizational
commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. At the
same time, compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee
performance.
