This study aims to analyze the effect of training, employee placement and work involvement on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were training, employee placement and work involvement. At the same time, dependent variable in this study was employee performance. The data collection tecnique used was saturated sampling obtained 117 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research shows that training and employee placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In comparison, work involvement had not significantly affect on employee performance.
