Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of compensation, education level and job stress on employee performance at Mitra Paramedika Hospital in Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study distributed 104 questionnaires to the employees of Mitra Paramedika Hospital in Yogyakarta. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test and t test. Based on the test results, the results obtained are: (1) Compensation, Education Level and Job Stress simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Compensation partially has no significant negative effect on employee performance. (3) Education level partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) Job stress partially has no significant negative effect on employee performance.
