This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of occupational health safety and supervision on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable at PT Perkebunan Tambi. The population in this study were employees at PT Perkebunan Tambi with 160 wholesale employees. The sample used in this study were 125 employees using probability sampling technique. The analysis used is the Model Fit Test (F), t test, Sobel test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2).
Results Based on the model fit test (F) equation 1 and equation 2 have met the model fit test. The results of research t conclude; (a) occupational health safety has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (b) work supervision has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (c) occupational health safety has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (d) work supervision has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (d) occupational health and safety has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (d) work supervision has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (e) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Sobel test results show that work safety has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and work supervision has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) equation 1 shows the magnitude of the influence of work safety and supervision on job satisfaction by 52.7%. In the coefficient of determination test (R2) equation 2 shows that the effect of work safety, work supervision, employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance is 76.5%.
