This research aims to determine the effect of company size, profitability, asset structure and sales growth on capital structure. The population in this study is a property and Real Estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. This research type is quantitative. The data type used is secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling method using a purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study as many as 14 companies in space of four years. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using spss software. The results showed that the regression model used did not have the issue of multicoloniearity, autocorrectism, and heteroskedastisity and the data was in a normal distribution. Based on the F test result, the regression model used in this study is worth using. The study showed that: (1) The the company’s size has a positive effect on the capital structure. (2) Profitability negatively affects the capital structure. (3) The structure of assets has a positive effect on the capital structure. (4) Sales growth has a positive effect on the capital structure.
