The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and salary on the performance of private elementary school teachers in Banjarnegara Regency. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection with purposive sampling method obtained 100 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and salary partially had a significant positive effect on performance, while leadership partially had a significant negative effect on performance. Simultaneously leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and salary affect the performance of private elementary school teachers in Banjarnegara Regency.
